Four of our elephants have been observed moving in unusual ways recently, as can be viewed on the Google maps pinpointing their movements. The maps show movements for the elephants Kuroo, Mercury, Taurus and Chemichemi, resident in and around the Samburu area in Northern Kenya. STE's radio tracking technology allows us to view elephant movements in near real time on Google earth, which in turn allows to better understand their behavior and demarcate vital wildlife corridors.
