Bhubaneswar: In yet another elephant-man conflict, two forest guards were severely injured as a jumbo attacked them when they were on duty in Tarabha jungle under Angul district’s Satakoshia Santuary late on Friday night.
The injured were identified as Arun Das and Partha Bhoi. A pachyderm emerged from dark all of a sudden and attacked them while they were on night patrolling.
Both Arun and Partha have been admitted in a nearby hospital in serious conditions, according to information.
