Elephant dound dead in Dudhwa (India)

Shahjahanpur: A female elephant was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Bankati range of forests at Dudhwa Tiger Reserve on Thursday. The body was recovered approximately eight kilometres from the Indo-Nepal border. Officials said there were no injury marks on the elephant and the cause of death is yet to ascertained. Divisional director of Dudhwa national park, Mahaveer Kaujalgi, has formed a panel of three doctors to investigate the death of the animal.
