George Mugera
Conservation Education Officer
A graduate of BSc in Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management, George joined the Save the Elephants education programme in 2018 as an assistant education officer. Since 2019, he has worked as STE’s scholarship officer, mostly based in Nairobi, a role that involves steering STE’s elephant scholars’ academic achievements. George enjoys learning and is profoundly interested in understanding the interconnection between trans-formative education and human societies.
